Based in Precise ParkLink’s Windsor office, Duane is responsible for the smooth operation of our managed sites throughout southwestern Ontario, particularly in the commercial and healthcare sectors. Like many within the organization we rely on to lead core elements of our business, Duane showed promise early in his career in the parking industry and quickly gained greater responsibilities.
When Duane joined Precise ParkLink in 2018, he brought with him six years of experience with Complete Parking Services where he developed the technical and relationship-management skills that have made him just as comfortable meeting with existing and prospective clients alike to better understand the challenges they face as he is maintaining our clients’ gated and non-gated hardware to keep their sites operational and generating revenue. Duane’s ability to balance his clients’ technical needs with the softer skills of managing a team is born out of necessity: he understands the value of doing whatever it takes to get the job done and he never asks anyone to do something he wouldn’t do.
Always an avid sports fan, Duane recently started fulfilling a life-long dream of visiting every MLB ballpark and NFL stadium. As great as it is sharing the games he loves with the people he loves, each team offers a unique in-person experience that’s beyond comparison.
