Precise ParkLink Partners With Epic Investment Services On 102nd Street Parkade

Precise ParkLink is proud to announce that we have been awarded as exclusive technology providers for 102nd Street Parkade in Edmonton, Alberta. Located at the intersection of Edmonton's downtown core, the parkade offers direct access to HSBC Place, a class "AA" office building situated within the cities financial and entertainment districts.
Managed by Epic Investment Services, HSBC Place and its neighbouring parkade have undergone a significant revitalization to meet the area’s needs. The fully transformed parkade offers a best-in-class parking experience directly connected to the Edmonton City Centre Shopping Centre and proximity to major destinations such as Rogers Place.
During the duration of the revitalization, monthly parking pass holders, tenants and visitors were either relocated or unable to park, causing a complete halt in occupancy rates. On April 1st, 2021, Precise ParkLink successfully deployed a parking program that allows HSBC Place and 102nd Street Parkade to offer a seamless parking experience for tenants and visitors alike. Paid parking is now being utilized, ensuring parking is available for tenants and visitors to the parkade. Their parking program also includes a Parkeon Strada DG7 meters situated at entry and exit points.
