Precise ParkLink Extends Partnership with RioCan REIT at 5th and THIRD East Village in Calgary, AB

Precise ParkLink is pleased to announce that we have been selected as the managed parking service and technology provider for 5th and THIRD East Village in Calgary, Alberta. Managed by RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the shopping center comprises 178,000 square feet of everyday amenities, including groceries, banking, retail, and more. Situated atop 5th and THIRD is Arris, a purpose-built rental tower that makes this a true live, work, and play community. Calgary’s East Village is the catalyst of urban culture. It is a community that has and will continue to evolve, with 5th and THIRD being an integral component of this vision.  

Precise ParkLink’s longstanding partnership with RioCan REIT made us the clear choice when selecting a new parking management and technology provider for 5th and THIRD. The new parking program offers pay-by-plate parking metersmonthly parking permits for tenants, patrol and enforcement services, and visitor parking validations.
