About the Technology
When our engineers developed it, ParkSuite started as an online dashboard tool providing our clients with visibility of their operation—from operational and analytics perspectives—that includes all revenue control items. The idea was to take all the occupancy and revenue data from our gated, ungated, and virtual parking technologies, and publish it in one place. And it does that. But that’s no longer all there is to it.
ParkSuite has evolved to provide a single place for owners and operators to view, control, and report on their entire parking operation. As we rolled out the BI Tool to our largest clients, they made it clear that they wanted and needed more from us and the technology we provide them with.
With that mandate, the “new” ParkSuite was born. Now, it’s providing our clients with ONE PLACE to look to gain an understanding of what’s going on with the parking operations right now, and it’s the same place that they’re starting to control the technology that supports the entire operation.
Whether it’s checking on occupancy levels, the status of the equipment, investigating an LPR read to re-issue a proper lost ticket… ParkSuite—as a Master CMS—is growing to allow all these activities to happen within its platform, reducing the need to go to each technology’s individual CMS to perform these functions.
2-way integrations are already in place for the Parkedin ecosystem and most of its modules, LPR, Moneris, and Skidata alarms and alerts. Our R&D engineers are working on the integrations for the rest of the technology that we distribute and support, like our IPASS permit management and administration solution, Flowbird multi-space meters and Park Assist guidance system, for instance.
The plan is straightforward and we’re getting it done; integrate all our technologies into one place to make it easier than ever for owners and operators to manage and understand their parking operation. Every single time.
