As the regional sales manager for Québec and Eastern Canada, Valérie advocates on her clients’ behalf within the organization, ensuring all integration, production, installation, and configuration activities take place on schedule and on budget.

Valérie joined Cale Canada in 2012 and immediately earned a reputation for creativity in her approach to addressing the challenges her clients face, even going so far as to build custom warranty programs for several of Cale’s most high-profile clients. Following the merger of Cale and Parkeon to form Flowbird in 2019, she’s been applying the same expert-level knowledge and providing the same customer-focused service under the Precise ParkLink banner.

Valérie’s commitment to growth and excellence is obvious. Before she joined Cale, she earned bachelor’s degrees in social sciences and education from the University of Ottawa, all the while working as an administrative assistant in the school’s Research Management Services department.

Today, she approaches the challenge of remaining current with the parking industry’s constantly evolving trends and new functionalities as she does any other — with a positive outlook that every challenge is an opportunity to succeed, and with the honesty and integrity that she feels are at the core of any beneficial business relationship.

To stay on top of new and evolving trends in the parking industry and so she can offer our clients the best solutions in the industry, Valérie is an active member of the Canadian Parking Association and participates in multiple conferences in Canada and the United States each year.

A self-proclaimed people person, Valérie loves learning about people and their life experiences. At work, this manifests as unmatched customer relationship skills, but more importantly, it means being an avid traveller and spending time with her loved ones.
