Event Roundup: Precise ParkLink Hosts First Annual Partner’s Event ParkXpo!

On Thursday, October 26th Precise ParkLink hosted its inaugural ParkXpo event. The event offered Precise ParkLink’s partners insightful sessions from thought leaders, allowing them to gain insight into upcoming trends and what they need to future-proof their operations. Hosted at the Novotel Toronto Vaughan Hotel,  those in attendance enjoyed delicious food and beverages throughout the day, the opportunity to network with fellow industry professionals, and the ability to learn more about our fully-integrated parking and mobility solutions at our breakout booths. But that’s not all! During the lunch break, Ray Chance – Illusionist, Street Magician and Entertainer mystified guests with his close-up sleight of hand magic.

Keynote: Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation

The day started off with a Keynote session presented by Sarah Baldeo, CEO & Equity Partner at ID Quotient Advisory. She did a deep dive into Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation. She highlighted how you can strategically utilize AI to enhance your parking operations and create a streamlined experience for your customers.

 
 

Session 1: Upcoming Financial Mandates You Need to Know About

Following Sarah, Vai Saxena, Director of Compliance Governance at Moneris alongside Luigi Lato, COO of Precise ParkLink touched on upcoming financial mandates that parking operators need to know about. Vai provided informative information on how the payment industry is shifting and what business owners need to do to prepare for the future.

 
 

Session 2: Curbside Management and Monetization

Our third session was on curbside management and monetization, presented by Blake Laufer, Founder at Mistall Insight, Prush Palanichamy, Senior Manager at Eagle Eye Network, and Dani Ierullo, Director of Proposals at Precise ParkLink. Blake, Prush and Dani broke down the process of the extensive work that went into analyzing and improving the curbside at Toronto Pearson Airport and the City of Toronto, and how you can put forth a curbside management strategy for your operation.

 
 

Session 3: The Power of BI & Analytics

The day commenced with Maria Pallante, EVP, of Technology Solutions at Bond Brand Loyalty and Emmanuel Lereno, CTO at Precise ParkLink, providing an insightful discussion about the power of business intelligence and analytics. They went into detail about how to define your goals, and how you can use data to achieve them.
