Job Summary:

We are looking for a HR Administrator to complete our team at the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport Montreal airport. (ADM) Reporting to management, you support managers in the application of commercial and contractual requirements, as well as compliance with the organization's policies to ensure the achievement of objectives. The candidate will have the opportunity to contribute by getting involved in several HR files such as:

  • Complete recruitment process including needs planning

  • Staff mobilization and retention strategy

  • Human resources reference person on site for employees

  • Staff training and problem solving

Location : ADM (Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport)

Employment: permanent

Work schedule: 40 hours per week – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation: from $80 000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Team lead and Supervisor to support parking operations

  • Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

  • Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries

  • Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner

  • Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

  • Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

  • Responds immediately to all reports concerning damage to equipment, and places E-service as needed

  • Observe security monitors to ensure no criminal activity occurs and report any activity to management

  • Balance cash records at end of shift and manage parking records during shift

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues at the site level

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll

  • Complete additional duties assigned by manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process

  • In charge of integration of new employees

  • Distribute and control staff uniforms

  • Manage personal files – disciplinary measures

  • Track vacations, lateness and and absences, etc.

  • Manage labor relations and grievances

  • Verify working hours for payroll

  • Complete all documents related to terminations of employment

  • Responsible for CNESST files

  • Manage de training file in order to meet the employer’s obligations

  • Write letters, documents, HR forms

Mandatory qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s regree in human resources management or business administration

  • Minimum of five years in human resources (staffing and/or generalist)

  • Experience in a unionized environment

  • Knowledge of labor laws and collective agreements

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work alone or in a team

  • Ability to solve problems
