Job Summary:
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the parking area, ensuring proper vehicle placement, and assisting customers with parking inquiries. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and organized environment for all patrons.
Location: Trillium Hospital - Mississauga 100 Queensway West
Employment: Part-Time Casual
Hours: 16 Hours Per Week
Compensation: $17.20 per hour
Job Responsibilities / Duties:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Monitor parking lot for compliance with parking regulations.
Assist customers in finding available parking spaces.
Provide directions and information about the facility and surrounding areas.
Collect parking fees and issue receipts when applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
Assist in managing traffic flow during peak hours.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Must be able to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
