Parking Team Lead

Job Summary:

The team lead, reports to the parking supervisor and is responsible for a specific parking locations to ensure company operations, policies and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client, customer satisfaction and leads on-site staff.

Location: Trillium Hospital - Mississauga, ON

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: $19.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Lead a team of 6 – 15 customer service associates

  • Support the Supervisor & THP parking coordinator

  • Enforced all company policies

  • Mange shift schedule

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Troubleshooting parking equipment issues on a site level

  • Mange and resolve payroll / Non payroll IPASS queries

  • Run transection reports for HR

  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory

  • One out tickets/value tickets place order as they come  and deliver to departments

  • I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll 

  • MIFARE emails – remove IPASS payroll staffs that are  no longer with THP  

  • Perform regular inspection for – Entry/Exit Pay machines and parking office

  • Vehicle Incident  reports

  • HPASS /end shift investigations – if a shift  is not balancing

  • Monitor the appearance and over cleanliness of the parking areas

  • Monitoring parking capacity – P2 digital sign

  • Performs other parking related duties as assigned – Keyscan / Varioflex reports
