Job Summary:
The team lead, reports to the parking supervisor and is responsible for a specific parking locations to ensure company operations, policies and procedures are met. Ensure 100% client, customer satisfaction and leads on-site staff.
Location: Trillium Hospital - Mississauga, ON
Employment: Full-time
Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Job Responsibilities / Duties:
Lead a team of 6 – 15 customer service associates
Support the Supervisor & THP parking coordinator
Enforced all company policies
Mange shift schedule
Resolve customer complaints
Troubleshooting parking equipment issues on a site level
Mange and resolve payroll / Non payroll IPASS queries
Run transection reports for HR
Monitoring and maintaining inventory
One out tickets/value tickets place order as they come and deliver to departments
I-PASS Enrolling /canceling payroll staffs and sending the list to payroll
MIFARE emails – remove IPASS payroll staffs that are no longer with THP
Perform regular inspection for – Entry/Exit Pay machines and parking office
Vehicle Incident reports
HPASS /end shift investigations – if a shift is not balancing
Monitor the appearance and over cleanliness of the parking areas
Monitoring parking capacity – P2 digital sign
Performs other parking related duties as assigned – Keyscan / Varioflex reports
