He works directly with stakeholders to design their solutions, creating the perfect combination of automated processes and management services for an efficient parking operation.

With 15 years of experience managing client accounts for Precise ParkLink along with over 20 years of technical project implementation experience, Lui has an unparalleled grasp of the factors that lead to a successful parking operation — a clear understanding of the client’s needs, improved revenue-generation through effective marketing, and an exceptional customer experience to cultivate brand loyalty.

Lui started his career with Precise ParkLink working with our sales team and writing our responses to RFPs. This exposure has given him unique insights into what our clients value as well as the full breadth of what our technology and management solutions can deliver, and it’s taught him the importance of building long-standing relationships with existing and prospective clients alike. Most recently, he spent a number of years as the Director of Client Relations overseeing the day-to-day operations of our managed clients, but in 2022, he returned to a sales role to be more actively involved at the front end in meeting with clients to gain an understanding of their needs and designing the solutions that meet them.

Key to building these relationships is Lui’s upfront and honest communication style, clearly indicating where improvements can be made and what efficiencies can be found — and most importantly, recommending changes only if and when there’s a solid business case for them. The baseline of trust Lui’s style fosters has made him a valuable resource to his clients as well as his colleagues. As such, the high demand for his time means he’s most often focussed on his work, but where he can, he does enjoy occasional downtime with his family.
