Precise ParkLink is proud to announce that on December 3rd, 2020, we achieved a Certificate of Recognition (COR™) by the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) in the province of Ontario.

Certification is awarded for successfully implementing a comprehensive health and safety management system (HSMS) to a standard worthy of COR certification from the IHSA, authority for COR in Ontario, as recognized by the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA).

This highly reputable designation is recognized throughout numerous industries across Canada and is commonly used as a contract condition by leading organizations in the public and private sectors.

To earn the COR™ accreditation, Precise ParkLink is required to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to its HSMS, ensuring that we have developed, implemented, and have performed evaluations on an annual basis by internal and external auditors. Such audits evaluate 19 elements of an HSMS and consist of employee interviews, documentation reviews, and observation techniques to evaluate Precise ParkLink’s ability to identify, assess, and control risks to it’s employees.

Vlasis Economou, Vice President at Precise ParkLink, explains that “The development and maintenance of our HSMS demonstrates our commitment of being proactive in health and safety to eliminate workplace injuries and illnesses. Achieving COR™ status required dedication and cooperation from all of our employees. We are proud of the strong safety culture that has been established throughout our workforce.”

Precise ParkLink is honoured to be a part of a nationwide network participating in and promoting health and safety excellence.  Our commitment to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, clients and public continues to be our top priority at Precise ParkLink. We are dedicated to maintaining and continuously improving a comprehensive HSMS that exceeds regulatory requirements.
