Maria Lato Honoured as One of Parking Industry’s Most Influential Young Professionals
The National Parking Association Announces its 2021 class of the 40 Under 40

(Toronto, ON, August 13th, 2021)— The National Parking Association (NPA) has selected Precise ParkLink’s Maria Lato, Marketing Manager as part its 2021 40 Under 40 class of young professionals and up-and-coming leaders in the parking industry. Maria and the other chosen individuals representing multiple sectors of the parking industry will be inducted into the awards program at the 2021 NPA Convention & Expo on September 28 in Las Vegas.
Maria has been Precise ParkLink’s Marketing Manager since 2018. In this position, she oversees a team of talented marketers and graphic designers who are dedicated to applying innovative marketing techniques to improve our clients’ profitability. Under Maria’s leadership, the marketing team has grown significantly as their successes have only increased demand for their services. Among her many accomplishments during her tenure with Precise ParkLink, she spearheaded our digital marketing strategy, a program that has helped several prominent clients see substantial gains in their revenue.
NPA’s 40 Under 40 inductees will participate in an exclusive peer network group. The 40 Under 40 Peer Network provides inductees with an exclusive opportunity to meet each other and ask questions, discuss best practices and share ideas. The peer network will meet face-to-face at NPA conventions, have quarterly calls, and contribute to an exclusive LinkedIn group.

Parking industry professionals were able to nominate a colleague under age 40, or individuals meeting the criteria could nominate themselves for the 40 Under 40 honour.
