Giancarlo brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-site service environments across the healthcare, municipal, and public-private sectors. He is recognized for enhancing operational performance, modernizing systems and processes, and cultivating strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and frontline teams.
Throughout his career, Giancarlo has led large-scale operational portfolios with budgets exceeding $75 million, spanning parking operations with the Toronto Parking Authority, complex call centre environments, and highly regulated service operations. His leadership is rooted in data-driven decision-making, clear and transparent communication, and strong collaboration with field teams and key stakeholders to drive measurable performance and operational excellence.
