Giancarlo Vitaro brings extensive experience leading complex, multi-site service environments across healthcare, municipal, and public-private sectors. He is known for strengthening operational performance, modernizing systems, and building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and frontline teams. 

Throughout his career, Giancarlo has overseen large-scale operational portfolios, including parking operations with the Toronto Parking Authority, call center environments, and regulated service operations, with responsibility for budgets exceeding $75 million. His leadership approach is grounded in data-driven decision-making, clear communication, and close collaboration with field teams and stakeholders.

At Precise ParkLink, Giancarlo focuses on regional field operations, driving operational consistency, service reliability, and continuous improvement across all locations. He is passionate about advancing parking operations through practical process improvements, effective technology adoption, and clear, accessible policies that support both teams and our clients.

Outside of work, Giancarlo is an avid cyclist, often riding upwards of 100 kilometres on weekends.
