Reza provides our sales and operations teams with the critical support they need to fulfill the commitments we make to our clients. As part of his day-to-day responsibilities, he oversees parking enforcement in the Niagara, London, and Hamilton areas, the City of Ottawa’s service requests, and revenues within the Parkedin ecosystem.
Reza joined Precise ParkLink in 2022 with several years in the parking industry already under his belt. In this time, he’s become proficient in the use and maintenance of the equipment we supply and support as well as our commercial site management processes and methodologies. His commitment to service excellence as well as an elevated customer experience has earned him official recognition from a number of our clients, including RBC WaterPark Place and CIBC Square.
With a naturally positive demeanor and innate ability to adapt to evolving circumstances building on formal education in the travel and tourism industry, Reza is an example to his peers that being organized, courteous, and understanding leads to more positive customer experiences — every time.
Demonstrating his commitment to his values even when the going gets tough, Reza’s a raucous and sometimes long-suffering Toronto sports — from the Raptors and the Jays to FC and the Leafs.
