Based in Calgary and acting as the regional manager for Precise ParkLink’s operations in southern Alberta since 2012, Stephen manages our enforcement patrollers, oversees all equipment maintenance to maximize revenue capture, and acts as an escalation point to address any issues his clients might have.

In the near-20 years Stephen’s represented Precise ParkLink in the Calgary area, he has managed the successful and timely completion of deliverables for a variety of verticals, including AAA-class commercial properties, and he continues to directly oversee the service we provide our clients for the duration of the contract. A big believer in the power of effective and responsive customer service, Stephen has experienced no client turnover in these last 20 years, and in fact, his reputation within the industry for exceeding expectations continues to garner him new clients.

Stephen’s customer-centric approach to the service he provides is informed by his diploma in hospitality and tourism management, which he put to good use in premium food, beverage, and retail establishments throughout Calgary before joining Precise ParkLink.

He achieved success in the hospitality industry for the same reason he continues to with Precise ParkLink: resilience in the face of new challenges and his strong commitment to taking personal responsibility for his actions and following through on the commitments he makes to client and colleagues alike. These qualities of accountability and collaboration, he feels, foster a productive and efficient work environment where skills are shared within the group and personal growth is ongoing.

Outside of work, Stephen is passionate about professional downhill cycling events. Since 2018, he can be found at ski resorts in the summer organizing these events, and has hosted the Canadian National Championships in 2015 and 2016. Currently, he oversees the Dunbar Summer Series, a series of downhill racing events taking place at the Fernie Alpine, Panorama, and Kicking Horse Resorts in British Columbia.
