Client Relations Manager
Tony has overall responsibility for the operations of half of Precise ParkLink’s portfolio of hospitals in Ontario, and working in conjunction with his counterparts, he’s spearheading an initiative to standardize every aspect of the hospital parking experience, from how facilities are staffed and maintained to how customer escalations are handled and client accounts are managed.
Since Tony started with the company in January 2023, he’s taken it upon himself to visit each of the sites he’s responsible for, observing the operations first-hand to gain an understanding of where improvements need to be made. As a self-described hands-on learner, understanding each operation at ground level is a critical first step in advocating on his clients’ behalf, helping them secure higher-calibre parking operation staff, streamline their reporting mechanisms, and develop stricter facility maintenance protocols.
The way Tony manages his sites, he feels like an email just won’t do — he wants to hear from the people who are on site every day and see how they work. As far as he’s concerned, gaining these insights to produce an informed opinion is the only way to diagnose and fix a problem. And it’s this same approach he takes with his young family by making sure there’s always quality in-person time with everyone so feel understood and appreciated.
