Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

Precise ParkLink is seeking a Manager, Marketing & Communications to lead corporate marketing strategy, digital programs, and client-facing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing campaigns, overseeing brand communications, and driving performance across digital channels to support company growth and industry leadership. The Manager works closely with executive leadership, sales, and product teams while managing the Marketing & Communications team.

Location: 99 Floral Parkway,North York, ON M6L 2C5, Position is in-office.

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000/year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities / Duties:
People and Team Management

  • Manage and mentor the Marketing & Communications team, including resource planning, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and career planning

  • Provide leadership and guidance on marketing initiatives and departmental priorities

Marketing Administration

  • Support departmental marketing operations and budget oversight

  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives with internal departments including sales, operations, and technology teams

Events

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements

  • Support strategy development and execution for corporate webinars and annual ParkX Partners Event Series events

Client Marketing Representative

  • Act as a marketing representative for client marketing initiatives

  • Support marketing strategies, presentations, and special projects on behalf of clients

  • Participate in marketing and sales presentations supporting new business development

Public Relations and Communications

  • Manage media relations and corporate communications initiatives

  • Draft press releases, executive communications, and corporate messaging

  • Oversee reputation management initiatives including online reviews and public responses

  • Support crisis communication planning when required

Public Speaking

  • Host marketing presentations and support sales presentations at client meetings and industry events

Content Development

  • Develop high-tier marketing content including industry articles, presentations, proposal responses, and marketing materials

  • Lead messaging development for new products, services, and company initiatives

  • Ensure brand consistency across marketing and communications materials

Product Launches

  • Develop positioning and messaging for new software and hardware solutions

  • Collaborate with product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear marketing communications

  • Support internal demonstrations, sales presentations, and marketing materials for product launches

  • Draft and review press releases and communications related to product announcements

Social Media Management

  • Develop corporate social media strategies and oversee overall performance

  • Review and approve all social media content prior to publishing

  • Monitor monthly performance and report quarterly insights to executive leadership

  • Oversee social media activity for affiliated companies and brands

SEO and GEO

  • Support marketing strategy related to search engine optimization and generative search visibility

  • Develop and review SEO-focused website and digital content

Search Engine Marketing

  • Support marketing and communications components of paid advertising strategies

  • Develop and review website landing pages associated with advertising campaigns

Email Marketing

  • Support strategy development and oversee the performance of email marketing programs

  • Review performance metrics and provide reporting insights

E-commerce

  • Support marketing strategy related to digital services and online transactions

Continuous Learning

  • Stay informed on trends and developments in digital marketing and communications

  • Provide internal recommendations and educate the team on emerging marketing tools, technologies, and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing, 4 years of managerial experience is an asset

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Valid Canadian driver’s license preferred and clean Driver’s abstract, as travel may be required
