Precise ParkLink manages thousands of parking lots on behalf of hundreds of property owners. They supply cutting-edge technology and services to thousands of clients in the healthcare, municipal, commercial, institutional, and private sectors.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers with parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.

Location: QuadReal Southcore Financial Centre (18 York St, Toronto, ON M5J 0A8)

Employment: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Compensation: $18.77/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site customer assistance and guidance

  • Respond to customer inquiries via intercom and phone

  • Address complaints with empathy and professionalism

  • Monitor security systems and report suspicious activity

  • Troubleshoot parking equipment issues

  • Redirect customers to appropriate departments when necessary

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and communication standards

  • Respond promptly to equipment damage reports and initiate service requests

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher education

  • Basic computer proficiency (Windows, MS Office)

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Professional demeanor with a positive and inclusive attitude

  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments

  • Flexible and adaptable to different shifts and work locations
