Precise ParkLink Launches Marketing Services for Several Clients Across Canada

For immediate release.

Precise ParkLink’s in-house Digital Marketing team has recently provided marketing services for several clients across Canada, including Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto, Clarendon Lanes, managed by GWL Realty Advisors in Ottawa, and The Post, managed by QuadReal Property Group in Vancouver to promote parking at their facilities.

Although located in different parts of the country, each site had a shared goal of increasing parking occupancy levels at their facilities. Precise ParkLink devised custom marketing campaigns tailored to their unique needs, targeting residents and visitors in Canada’s most populated city centres. The campaigns comprised a custom online presence for each site to appear in top search results on Google, instructional videos and documents to help educate customers on how to use the parking systems, in-car navigation services to ensure each parking lot appears on a variety of vehicle GPS and online maps, and paid ad campaigns on Google to promote parking at their facility.

"We are excited to leverage our expertise to enhance the visibility of our clients' parking facilities through our comprehensive marketing services," said Maria Fiorini, Director of Marketing and Communications at Precise ParkLink. "Effective marketing is crucial for maximizing online brand and parking location awareness, ensuring these facilities meet the needs of the communities they serve, and contributing to the overall success of the organizations."

With a commitment to excellence, Precise ParkLink looks forward to years of successful collaboration with Toronto Metropolitan University, GWL Realty Advisors, and QuadReal Property Group.
