The world is constantly evolving, with new innovations being adopted to make processes more efficient—and the parking and mobility industry is no different. To keep pace with this trend, Precise ParkLink recently launched their new Digital Control Centre— creating a more streamlined approach to digital parking management.

We asked Precise ParkLink’s Mahir Chopra, the Associate Director of the Digital Control Centre, how this new centre offers unmatched benefits for our clients and their operations.

Q. What is Precise ParkLink’s Digital Control Centre and how does it benefit our clients?

A. DCC demonstrates our commitment to digital innovation and service quality on all fronts. This centre builds off of the successes of our BOMA award-winning virtual customer service and live central monitoring facility IPARC—with a goal of further optimizing the services we provide to our clients, and combining them into a centralized support model.

We brought together experts from each of the departments that share responsibility for supporting our clients—including client relations, operations managers, IT and tech support, production, contract management, and accounting, with one goal in mind—to create a more efficient and streamlined operational approach for our clients, delivering a greater return on investment.
