Nancy Mesquita

As Vice-President of Finance, Nancy has overall responsibility for Precise ParkLink’s financial relationships with its vendors and clients. She joined the company in 2004 as the Account Manager, and since then has seen the team grow from four people to over 30. Today, the teams that report to her handle our accounting and purchasing functions, client revenues, contract fulfillment, and payroll and human resources.

Nancy’s love of math and science led her to study chemical engineering, but a part-time job in accounting to help put her through school ignited an interest in business and prompted a change in program. Despite her oftentimes onerous work schedule, she continues to pursue her CPA designation as an expression of her professionalism and commitment to upholding the highest reporting and accounting standards.

Given the unique nature of Precise ParkLink’s technology and service offering, our business model does not follow that of traditional parking operators. As such, Nancy has had to leverage her creative problem-solving approach to innovate new reporting solutions that meet or exceed professional and regulatory standards as well as rigorous compliance requirements.

Nancy has earned the respect of her staff and the senior leadership team alike for her commitment to finding efficiencies and improving processes without sacrificing the quality of the work her departments perform. But this dedication to getting the work done leaves very little time for the things that bring her joy away from the office — the tranquility of being in nature and the change in routine of dining out.
